Pay Online via My Energy
All customers of Pacifica Gas and Electric make their payments by making an account with the company. All customers can login and make their payments with their bank account. All payments will be posted within 3 business days, while you can also view all of your previous payments and also receive monthly notifications when your payment is due. There is no transaction fee and it is one of the fastest, easiest and most convenient ways to pay your bill.
Pay Online via EZ Pay
All customers of Pacific Gas and Electric can also make their bill payments with the company through their credit or debit cards via EZ pay. There is no enrollment required and only a $1.25 transaction fee will be applied, while it is extremely fast and you will receive a payment receipt in your mail as well. It is available in both English and Spanish, while you will have to present your PG&E account number, phone number or meter number in order to complete the payment. The accepted debit or credit cards for making payments are MasterCard, Discover, or VISA.
Pay by SmartPhone
Customers of Pacific Gas and Electric can also make their bill payments with the company through their smartphones. Just download the free mobile app and complete the payment with your bank account or credit/debit card. There will be a $1.25 transaction fee which will apply when customers choose to complete their payments, while you will also receive a payment receipt in the mail.

All customers of Pacific Gas and Electric can also choose to complete their bill payments through the phone as well. Customers should note that a $1.25 transaction fee will apply and they need to have their PG&E 11-digit account number in hand. All payments that will be made before 5 p.m. will be posted the same day, while the service is available in both Spanish and English 24 hours a day. Customers of Pacific Gas and Electric can make their bill payments through the mail. Customers should only send a money order or check in order to complete the payment, while they should also ensure that they attach their PG&E account number along with the check.
